Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention where your mind becomes more open to positive change. It’s not sleep, and it’s not losing control, it’s actually a state of deep relaxation and awareness.It’s a completely natural state on mind.
That answer all depends on you! As hypnosis is something you allow yourself to experience, not something that’s done to you.
In fact, you naturally go into similar states every day, like when you’re daydreaming, or when you’ve driven somewhere and realise you don’t remember part of the journey.
That’s all a form of hypnosis.
All you need to be is committed and open to the process.
You are in complete control, and you are aware of what’s taking place, so you won’t say or do anything you don’t want to. This altered state of mind just allows me to gain access to your unconscious mind where we start to make those changes you want. I do not use any stage hypnosis
Repetition is important to create long lasting results, so I can’t say exactly how many sessions it will take, everyone is different. To get the results we take baby steps, so I would recommend aiming for at least 6 sessions. Stop smoking and vaping is done in one session.
It is completely safe to drive after hypnosis.
