Sleep

Sleep should feel natural. Something your body and mind can drift into…without effort… without overthinking.

But when sleep becomes difficult… it can start to affect everything.


Maybe you struggle with:

  • Finding it hard to switch off at night
  • Lying awake with a busy mind
  • Waking in the night and not being able to get back to sleep
  • Feeling exhausted even after a full night in bed
  • Dreading bedtime because you know sleep will be a struggle
